THURSDAY MEDAL DAYS - 2010
Following the successful trial in August 2009, the Competitions Committee confirm the following procedures have been adopted for monthly Thursday Medal Competitions:
· The Club Professional’s Shop will open at 7.15 a.m. to allow Members to enter their name on a starting sheet.
· Pre-booked tee times will start at 7.45 a.m. and finish at 12 noon.
· Members will be allowed to book tee times from 7.30 a.m. – MAXIMUM 3 spaces allowed per Member.
· After 8.00 a.m. Members can telephone the Pro Shop and book tee times.
· This facility is open to Members competing in the Medal competition, and also to those who are not competing.
· The remainder of the course will be closed EXCEPT the 9th tee. Members who have not entered their names on the starting sheet, can start off the 9th tee between 8.30 a.m. and 9.00 a.m. as an alternative. However, they have NO STANDING. Therefore, when players get round to the 1st tee, they must wait until ALL those entered on the start sheet have played off the 1st tee.
